1990年代のヴィンテージ正絹の夏着物を使って、一点ずつ仕立てたリラックスシルエットのボックスシャツです。
大胆なストライプと、円や十字を思わせる伝統的な文様が重なり合い、モノクロならではの存在感のあるデザインに仕上がりました。

軽やかなシルクは、さらりとした肌触りと自然な風合いが魅力。

【お手入れについて】
生地を長く美しく保つため、ドライクリーニングを推奨しております。
ご自宅でお手入れされる場合は、中性洗剤を使用し、洗濯ネットに入れて40℃以下の手洗い、または弱水流コースをご利用ください。
乾燥機の使用は避け、当て布をして中温でアイロンをかけてください。
ヴィンテージの染色生地を使用しているため、経年とともにわずかな色の変化や風合いの変化が生まれる場合があります。

A relaxed boxy shirt crafted from an authentic 1990s vintage Japanese summer silk kimono.
Bold stripes meet rhythmic ring and cross motifs in a striking monochrome pattern clash. Graphic from a distance and beautifully detailed up close, the design brings traditional Japanese textile artistry into a modern, wearable silhouette.
The lightweight silk has a crisp, breathable feel with a subtle natural texture—cool and comfortable against the skin from spring through summer.
Finished with UMUI’s signature snap buttons, an asymmetric contrast collar, and patch pockets, this one-of-a-kind shirt pairs effortlessly with wide trousers, denim, tailoring, or your favorite worn-in vintage pieces.
The traditional Tama circular motif and Shima stripes add another layer of history and visual rhythm to this unique textile.

/GARMENT CARE/
Dry cleaning is recommended to preserve the fabric.
However, you may also gently hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle using a mild detergent.
Please wash below 40°C (104°F) in a laundry bag, avoid tumble drying, and iron on a medium setting with a pressing cloth.
As these garments are made from vintage dyed kimono fabric, slight color fading or natural signs of wear may develop over time.
We personally care for our own UMUI garments in the same way. Rather than pressing every wrinkle flat, we embrace the natural texture and relaxed character that make vintage kimono fabric so special.
