ヴィンテージ着物をほどいて一着ずつ丁寧に仕立てております。そのため、新品の生地とは異なり、小さな傷や穴、シミ、補修跡が見られる場合があります。
また、生地を無駄なく活かすため、丈や幅に少しずつ個体差があります。 
一点もののため、返品・交換はお受けしておりません。ヴィンテージ素材ならではの個性や風合いをご理解いただいた上で、ご購入をお願いいたします。

基本的にはドライクリーニングをおすすめしておりますが、おしゃれ着用洗剤を使用し、ご家庭でやさしくお洗濯していただくことも可能です。 （染色生地のため多少の色落ちや、ヴィンテージ特有の傷・穴などが広がる可能性があります。あらかじめご了承ください。）
ご家庭で洗う際は、手洗い、または洗濯ネットに入れて40℃以下の水でやさしく洗ってください。乾燥機は使用せず、アイロンは当て布をして中温で軽くプレスしてください。

私たちも普段は自宅でやさしく洗濯し、スチームアイロンで仕上げています。新品のようにシワを伸ばしきるのではなく、ヴィンテージ生地ならではの自然な風合いを大切にしています。

Crafted from an authentic 1980s chirimen silk kimono, this shirt is exceptionally lightweight with the crisp, airy texture unique to vintage chirimen silk.

Its effortless drape and relaxed silhouette make it easy to style casually while preserving the quiet elegance and distinctive character of vintage Japanese textiles.

Every UMUI garment is truly one of a kind and cannot be reproduced.

Each piece is carefully handcrafted from authentic vintage kimono that have been unstitched, cleaned, and reconstructed into a completely new design.

Because these textiles have lived a previous life, small imperfections such as tiny holes, marks, stains, repairs, or subtle signs of age may be present.

To make full use of each vintage textile, slight variations in length and width may occur from one garment to another. These subtle differences are part of what makes every UMUI piece unique.

As each garment is one of a kind, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

HOME CARE

We recommend professional dry cleaning for the best care. However, you can also gently wash your garment at home using a delicate fabric detergent.

Please note that, as this piece is made from vintage dyed fabric, slight color fading may occur over time. Small imperfections such as tiny holes or signs of age may become more noticeable with washing.

If washing at home, we recommend hand washing or using a laundry bag on a gentle cycle with water below 40°C (104°F).

Do not tumble dry.

To remove wrinkles, place a pressing cloth over the garment and lightly press with a medium-heat iron.

For our own UMUI garments, we usually wash them gently at home and finish them with a garment steamer. Rather than pressing every wrinkle flat, we embrace the soft, natural texture that gives vintage fabrics their unique character.
